Once we visit via telephone, I will ask you to send me an email with your name and phone number so that we can send you an invite to the client portal. Once you register for the portal, you will be able to complete your new client paperwork there, online.
I require new clients to visit my client portal to complete the necessary paperwork in advance of our first visit. This allows us to make the most of the time we have in your first session.
